THE FUNCTIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF CUPRO FIBER:
1. COMPOSITON AND PROCESS OF PRODUCING
The CUPRO fiber is a regenerated cellulose fiber. Use high quality cotton linter pulp as raw material,dissolved
in a copper tetraamine hydroxide {Cu (NH3) 4COH2} cuprammonium solution of the composition of the copper
complex salt solution prepared spinning solution. After filtration and degassing mixed spinning.With water as
the coagulation bath, Water act forming in the "funnel spinning". Then through the acid bath completely
regenerated cellulose,And then washed with water, oiling and drying from cuprammonium rayon.
2. CUPRO FIBER STRUCTURE AND SPECIFICATIONS.
Circular cross-section fibers. No skin-core structure. Fibers can withstand a high degree of tensile. Fine filaments prepared.
Generally 1.33dtex below (1.2 denier).So the fabric surface is soft and shiny like silk.
